Fears about visiting the dentist are very common. If you suffer from a dental phobia then we will do all we can to put you at ease and make your experience at the practice as stress-free as possible.
We always put the well-being of our patients first and carefully listen to any concerns they may have.
For many people, visits to the dentist can be a source of great anxiety. Dental phobias can often result from bad experiences in childhood, though there can be other factors… and sometimes there is no obvious explanation at all.
It is important that patients don’t let their fears prevent them from receiving the dental treatment they require. Many avoid going to the dentist until they are suffering severe discomfort – and by this point they could well be in need of much more significant treatment than if they had visited the practice earlier.
